The unit consists of a flanged electromagnetic flow sensor with an integrated Siemens electronic transmitter/display unit. The equipment is suitable for industrial applications where reliable volumetric flow measurement is required.
The Siemens SITRANS FM MAG series uses an electromagnetic measuring principle and is designed for industrial flow measurement applications. The MAG 5000/6000 transmitter family supports functions such as flow-rate measurement, totalization, flow-direction indication, low-flow cut-off, empty-pipe detection and various signal outputs, depending on the exact configuration.
